The scope of this test is the determination of the effect of aggregates on the drying shrinkage of concrete. The test is based on the testing of concretes of fixed mix proportions and aggregates of 20 mm max. size. The instrument consists of an analogic or digital dial gauge which is mounted on a steel frame.
The top anvil is adjustable to suit the required specimen. The three gang mould, 50x50x200 mm size, is made of steel and is complete with steel inserts.
The set includes length measuring frame, three gang steel mould according to the related standard and reference rod. The set is available in two models one with 0,002mmx10mm analogue dial gauge, the other one with 0.001mmx20 mm digital dial gauge.
