Pumice Press is a device used in concrete testing devices and is used to measure the durability of vehicles such as concrete, block brick, block concrete.
It provides reliable and consistent testing of the durability of concrete product samples with a capacity of 800 KN to 1200 KN. These products, which have a special design for test results, are pressure tested and used to determine the behavior of materials under breaking loads.

Pumice Press Features
The most basic and functional feature of the pumice press is that it has a fully automatic computerized system. At the same time, the dimensions of the table in the product are 500x310x50 mm and the degree of hardness of the table is 55HRC.
Thanks to these features, it is possible to get the most reliable results in loads between 80 tons and 120 tons. In particular, revealing the results obtained during the pressure test in the closest way to the truth provides security at the points where these products will be used later on. When the correct pressure report is not created, the structures in which concrete or brick products are used cannot withstand the pressure they encounter and break apart. While the plates can be brought closer to each other at a distance of 300 mm, this distance is reduced to 100 mm thanks to the spacer.

Due to the automatic fast run execution indication, this operation only needs to be performed during sample change. However, care must be taken that the sample does not come into contact with the top plate during use. Because if the device that automatically shows the approach touches the plate, the fast approach ends and the next approach and pressure test is carried out slowly.
