Even though the cylindrical mold used in shaping this concrete and testing it at the same time is produced in different models, all of them are produced with the same functions. Each model, which varies in terms of the materials used and technical features, also has different color options.

All operations are very easy thanks to these products, which are highly functional for successful shaping of concrete products and also for successful testing. These products, which are suitable for different types of concrete, also have 2 different colors, and the blue color is usually produced with bolts to prevent the concrete from falling and to be fixed more easily, and the black color stands out with its slightly different features.

Black models usually have a handle on the side, making it easier to lift the product. In this model, the area where the bolt is located is indicated with yellow color and it is quite functional.

Cylinder Mold Features

Cylinder molds are produced using two different materials in terms of their properties, and the most preferred material is steel. Although steel material is most preferred due to its durability, it is available in cylindrical molds made of plastic materials as part of its lightness.

Cylindrical molds, which are produced in accordance with EN 12390/1, ASTM C39, C192, AASHTO T23 and T126 standards within the scope of world standards, have 3 different models. Two of these models are produced using steel material and the last one is produced using plastic material.

The first model, AR-012, has dimensions of 100×200 mm and is also produced from steel material. The second model, AR-013, has dimensions of 150mmx300mm in terms of dimensions and is also produced using steel material.

The latest model, AR-014, has the same dimensions as AR-013 in terms of dimensions and is produced using plastic in terms of material.

The first part of the cylindrical molds, which consists of 2 different parts, is the base and the other part is on duty. With its cylindrical body, these products fit perfectly on the base and are successfully clamped, and can be easily cleaned and used without any leakage.

There are also 2 different models, with bolts and without bolts, among the cylinder mold models, and they usually attract attention in products with bolts. Generally, the base part is produced using steel material to increase durability, thus making it resistant to any corrosion situation and making it possible to use them with a longer life.

These products, which have 2 color options, black and blue, are generally wider at the bottom and are produced by taking all precautions to prevent the concrete from falling and to fix it. After the concrete is placed in this area, the bolts are tightened and the test is completed as follows.
