The centrifuges are used for the determination of bitumen percentage in bituminous mixtures. All models comprise a removable precision-machined rotor bowl housed in a cylindrical aluminium box. They are driven by an electric motor fitted with AC drive (inverter) with the double function of speed control up to 3600 r.p.m. regardless of the frequency (50 or 60 Hz) and electrical braking. The rotating unit is suspended on the base by four calibrated springs, which assure a perfect stability all over the test. The cover is precisely machined and fitted with solvent resistant gasket to avoid leakages. The control panel includes: Start/Stop button, speed control knob.
The Centrifuge Extractor is available in two, 1500 g and 3000 g capacity models.

This device has an aluminum housing and inside this housing there is a precision machined rotary bowl system in which a sample is placed. This device, which works with a 2-function speed control without being affected by any frequency or power cut, can be adjusted between 0-3600 revolutions per minute and this adjustment is made steplessly and the device stops automatically in about 15 seconds.
Solvent resistant gasket is used for sealing on the rotating bowl cover of the device. There are speed control, start and stop buttons on the control panel on the device. In addition to our Centrifugal Extractor device, 100 filter papers are sent to you so that you can use it with this device at the same time.
